How does Rosette Wellness think differently about creating cannabis products? Why is this important?
We believe that effective cannabis products begin in the genetics of the plant and are enabled through natural farming techniques and nonvolatile extraction methods. While many tinctures on the market are comprised of distilled isolates and blends of isolates with added ingredients for flavoring, Rosette Wellness tinctures are made purely of full-spectrum cannabis oil extracted from single-source whole flower, sungrown and naturally fertilized, and mixed only with food-grade organic MCT (coconut) oil for proper delivery of the actively effective elements.
Perhaps the biggest stand-out is that our cannabinoid ratios are created naturally and are thusly inexact, because nature is not exact, and industry regulations will not allow us to label our “No. 1” as a 1:1, CBD:THC ratio; nor our “No. 3” as a 3:1, CBD:THC ratio; nor our “No. 20” as a 20:1, CBD:THC ratio. This means that brands who claim exact ratios must be using isolated cannabinoids, which we believe to be much less effective than the entourage effect of a true full spectrum of cannabinoids, terpenoids, and flavonoids, which is found in all Rosette Wellness products. Customers often experience more of an effect from smaller dosage of our tinctures when compared to other brands.

Our tinctures are made with our specially formulated full plant extract combined with MCT (medium chain triglyceride) oil made from coconuts. MCT oil has nutritional benefits, is easy to digest and is rapidly absorbed by the body. Blending the MCT with our extract also produces a very even tincture because of the compatible molecule size, so the first dropper has the same cannabinoid content as the last. No shaking required.
Only top shelf cannabis flowers are used in our proprietary extraction process. Top shelf flower has the widest and densest cannabinoid, sub-cannabinoid and terpene content available on the plant. We do not use shake, trim, or low quality bud/flower our extractions or products. We grow our own proprietary strains naturally under the Humboldt sun.

What inspired your newest offering of a soluble beverage mix?
Having recently won the 2022 Humboldt’s Best – Most Innovative Cannabis Company award, we are always researching and developing our products and practices, and new technology now allows us to turn our famous full-spectrum cannabis extract (the same extract we use in our medicinal tinctures) into a water-soluble powder in which the active elements of the cannabis plant are nanoencapsulated for advanced bioavailability and efficacy.
With the popularity of edibles, most of which are far from medicinal, we felt it appropriate to offer wellness consumers a full-spectrum concentrate that is mixed only with natural lemon crystals and can be easily added to any food and beverage. Wedj drink mix is essentially a powderized version of our full-spectrum tincture, with lemon.
One of the most consumer-friendly features of our award-winning line of Cannabis Tinctures at Rosette Wellness is the “Don’t Shake It, Just Take It!” reliability of knowing that every drop in that bottle will be equally as potent and pure as the one before and after it.

If you could wave your magic wand and influence how dominant groups think about cannabis, what would you change?
Transparency. Consumers deserve to know what they are consuming. Just as many people change their diets due to their distaste for corporate mishandling of their nutrition, we would like to see more people researching the cannabis products they consume and the companies that produce them.
We would love to convince all cultivators to switch to regenerative sungrown farming practices, and make all manufacturers use nonvolatile methods to extract only whole organic flower and create full-spectrum cannabis products with a focus on wellness and efficacy rather than simply making all decisions from a financial perspective. It’s easy for a well-funded brand to present all the most popular public relations and marketing taglines of the day while knowingly cutting corners on quality. For now, it’s up to consumers to do their own research.
